As part of its continued expansion and corporate growth journey, the company is strengthening its finance capabilities and enhancing governance, reporting, controls, and operational processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to work closely with the CFO and play a key role in driving financial excellence and transformation initiatives.

Your new role

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting activities.
• Oversee management reporting, group consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax requirements and internal controls.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide commercial insights on business performance, profitability, margins and costs.
• Support management decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, funding requirements and liquidity planning.
• Oversee tax compliance including corporate tax, SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities.

• Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and process efficiencies.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, MIA or CIMA
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, taxation, compliance and internal controls.
• Prior experience in external auditing.
• Exposure to PLC reporting, retail or F&B industries will be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
