Finance Controller

We need someone to own the books, compliance, and working capital. You'll report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for keeping everything tight — monthly closes, GST filings, AR/AP, entity management, audit prep. No bullshit accounting.

What you'll do:

• Monthly & quarterly closes (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• GST, TDS, income tax filings — zero delays
• AR/AP management and cash flow forecasting
• Inter-company accounting across HoldCo and subsidiaries
• Fixed assets, depreciation, audit support
• Banking ops and payroll funding
• Build SOPs and own the accounting system

You need:

• CA or CA Intermediate with 4-7 years hands-on experience
• Startup background (you know what fast-growing companies need)
• Deep on GST, tax compliance, ROC filings
• Obsessive about accuracy
• Can manage multiple entities without losing detail
