As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Finance Manager with strong SME experience to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support our expansion with cost-efficient and smart investment strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, cash flow management, and reporting.
- Manage and coordinate audit & tax initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Drive cost-saving strategies and financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights on investment opportunities to support business growth and sustainability.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.
- Partner closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making and expansion planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive, preferably in an SME environment.
- Strong knowledge of finance operations, auditing, taxation, and compliance.
- Track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and improving financial processes.
- Commercial mindset with experience evaluating investments and business risks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
