ROLE SUMMARY
As the Finance Manager, you will manage the day-to-day finance function of SOLS 24/7 Group, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting and strong internal controls. You will work closely with senior management to support budgeting, cash flow management and compliance, and act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax agents and bankers
.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, financial statements and variance analysis against budget.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking transactions and treasury matters.
- Maintain and improve the accounting system, internal controls and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including LHDN tax filings, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other statutory bodies.
- Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing with proper controls.
- Support grant and donor financial reporting where applicable, ensuring funds are tracked and reported accurately.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decision-making.
- Supervise, coach and develop finance team members.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks and support work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Accounting/Finance and/or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA).
- At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and statutory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge in Full Set of accounting is Compulsory.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
- Meticulous, proactive and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- High integrity, strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
