Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY


As the Finance Manager, you will manage the day-to-day finance function of SOLS 24/7 Group, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting and strong internal controls. You will work closely with senior management to support budgeting, cash flow management and compliance, and act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax agents and bankers

KEY RESPONSIBILIT

  • IESManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closi
  • ng.Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, financial statements and variance analysis against budg
  • et.Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with department hea
  • ds.Monitor and manage cash flow, banking transactions and treasury matte
  • rs.Maintain and improve the accounting system, internal controls and standard operating procedur
  • es.Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including LHDN tax filings, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other regulatory submissio
  • ns.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other statutory bodi
  • es.Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing with proper contro
  • ls.Support grant and donor financial reporting where applicable, ensuring funds are tracked and reported accurate

QUALIFI

  • CATIONSA degree in Accounting/Finance and/or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA
  • , MIA).At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisor
  • y role.Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and statutory compliance requir
  • ements.Hands-on experience with accounting software and strong Excel
  • skills.Meticulous, proactive and able to communicate effectively with all levels of emp
