Finance & Operations, Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

Creative Cloud Community (CCC) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily Finance and Accounting operations, including AR, AP, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor customer collections, cash flow and outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, ageing reports and management reporting.
• Ensure vendor payments, including overseas payments, are processed accurately and on time with proper approval.
• Support monthly/year-end closing, audit, tax and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement and Operations to ensure smooth order-to-collection processes.
• Monitor sales transactions, costs, gross profit and payment status.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls.
• Identify operational issues and improve processes using digitalisation, automation and AI tools.
• Support management on budgeting, forecasting and other finance/operational matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of AR, AP, accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in IT, technology, distribution or trading is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and accountability.
• Willing to learn and adopt AI and new technologies to improve productivity.
• Must be available to start immediately or within 2 weeks.
