Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Financial Consultant for an on-site role located in Malaysia. The Financial Consultant will be responsible for identifying and understanding clients financial goals, providing tailored financial advice, and building long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial information, creating strategic plans for insurance and investment solutions, identifying opportunities to promote AIA's financial products, and ensuring clients achieve their savings and protection objectives through regular reviews and updates.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning, wealth management, and investment advisory skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
• Proven ability in sales, business development, and proactive client engagement
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in financial tools and technology, with familiarity in relevant financial regulations
• Sales or finance certification (e.g., CFP, CFA, RFP) is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-driven environment
