Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the financial planning, reporting and analysis requirements
- Monthly expense ratio analysis for salary, rental, utilities vs revenue for retail stores & concept
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management report by retail concept
- Capex per store and payback analysis
- Analysis of item and transaction per bill to support overall revenue analysis
- Monthly utility efficiency analysis
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, annual financial/operational reporting
- Prepare business case analysis for major projects, ROI analysis along with follow up to ensure cost optimisation initiatives materialise
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data for senior management decision making
- Support other ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements
Requirements
- 4-5 years working experience ; experience in retail is an advantage
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. ACCA/CPA/CIMA is a great advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated, initiative and independent
- Ability to work in fast moving environment and multitask, to make quick necessary changes upon management instructions
