Role Overview:

Personnel in Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) plays a critical role in driving financial insights, strategic planning, capital allocation and data-driven decision-making across the Group. The FP&A team partners closely with senior management and business units to support long-term strategy, financial forecasting, performance analytics, and stakeholder reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Support the development and execution of TNGD Group's financial strategy across annual budget planning, forecast (periodic, rolling, and long-term), and performance reporting processes.
• Support financial analysis of existing business models and evaluation of strategic initiatives, capital investments and new business opportunities.
• Assist with analyses on balance sheet structure and capital structure optimisation efforts.
• Act as a finance business partner to assigned Business Units (BUs), representing Finance in key commercial discussions (e.g. pricing, product launches, promotions).
• Collaborate with BUs to develop business cases, assess risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven financial insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with BUs to plan, monitor, and govern budgets and strategic investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal return on investment.
• Challenge assumptions and legacy commercial arrangements to strengthen financial discipline and decision quality.
• Contribute to the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly management reports, including performance scorecards, shareholder reports, and divisional dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of financial insights delivered to senior management and key stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/professional Degree/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance are an added advantage.
• Min. 3-5 years experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance or banking related roles.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen, detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint, BI tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
