Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Review and challenge assumptions behind forecasts and budgets; recommend adjustments based on data-driven analysis.
  • Partner with the accounting team during month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting; review results, perform variance analysis, and provide timely management insights on key performance drivers.
  • Preparation of monthly management reports, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop revenue and cost forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support growth planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Monitor cost centers and provide detailed analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and control spending.
  • Drive process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions/macros) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive outcomes.
