Description
- Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Conduct market trend analysis to assist in long-term business planning.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure successful delivery of FP&A activities.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are preferred.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership abilities to manage and develop a team.
