Acts as the primary liaison between the Company (Corporate) and franchisees, ensuring operational consistency, brand compliance, and supporting the onboarding of new locations.
Manage communication, assist with marketing initiatives, support training, and maintain documentation to drive network success.
This role is crucial for keeping the franchise network organized, supporting franchise profitability, and maintaining the consistency of the brand.
Manage and maintain good relationships with franchisees.
Act as the main point of contact for franchisees for operational matters.
Monitor franchise outlet performance and ensure compliance with company policies and SOP.
Coordinate franchisee requests, issues, and feedback with internal departments.
Support franchisees in product listing and product ordering.
Prepare reports on franchise performance, sales, and operational status.
Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other franchise related duties assigned by management.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years working experience in franchise, retail, or operations management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks and follow up closely.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, detail-oriented with good organizational skills
