【Role Purpose】
The Fulfilment Supply Chain Assistant (Intern) is responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfillment activities, including inventory control, last-mile logistics coordination, warehouse operations, and compliance documentation.
【Job Description】
1.Order & Fulfilment Management
•Monitor daily order fulfilment activities and local last-mile delivery performance
•Coordinate with suppliers and resolve order-related issues, including customer complaints
•Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
2.Inventory Management
•Perform inventory monitoring and cycle count support to identify discrepancies
•Track inventory turnover and highlight slow-moving or obsolete stock (SLOB)
•Support reconciliation and reporting activities to maintain accurate stock records
3.Warehouse Operation
•Assist in managing bonded warehouses and local consolidation hubs
•Participate in space and storage area planning to optimize warehouse efficiency
•Monitor inbound/outbound flows and ensure timely documentation handover
4.Logistic Arrangement
•Coordinate transportation arrangements for inbound and outbound shipments
•Assist in route planning and last-mile delivery optimization
•Support reverse logistics operations including returns and damaged goods handling
5.Compliance Document
•Prepare and compile import/export documentation (e.g., declarations, permits)
•Ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping and customs documents
6.3PL management
•Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure service level adherence
•Support the preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists (CIPL), and verification of invoices
•Maintain proper documentation records for audit and tax compliance
【Qualifications】
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•No prior experience required, but relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks
•Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data tools
•Strong negotiation and project management skills
•Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced supply chain environment
•Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
•Adaptable and resilient under pressure
