Collaborate with designers, product teams, and founders on new features.

Optimize performance, security, and application reliability.

Troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements.

Participate in product planning and technical architecture discussions.

Requirements

Core Skills

37+ years experience in full stack development.

Strong proficiency in:

React / Next.js

Node.js / Express

MongoDB / PostgreSQL

Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)

REST APIs

Strong understanding of system architecture & secure coding practices.
