Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications using Flutter, as well as managing server-side logic. Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:

- Develop and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces using Flutter for mobile applications.

- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive and engaging designs for web and mobile applications.

- Ensure responsiveness and cross-device compatibility of applications.

2. Back-End Development:

- Design and implement server-side logic using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.

- Create, manage, and optimize databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) to support application data requirements.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for backend communication with front-end applications.

3. DevOps and Deployment:

- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.

- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for testing and deploying applications.

- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and ensure scalability, performance, and security.

4. Problem-Solving:

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.

- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth and efficient application.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to define project scopes, requirements, and timelines.

- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback, enhance code quality, and share knowledge with team members.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile development.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Flutter.

- Strong experience in back-end development with programming languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java).

- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Passion for education and gamified learning concepts is a plus!

Salary:

Starting salary will be between RM2,800 to RM4,000, depending on experience and skills.
