Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React and Java technologies. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, delivering scalable and user-centric solutions that align with business objectives. The developer will work closely with IT Managers, project teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using React (including React Native and TypeScript) and Java

Design and integrate RESTful APIs and work with XML/JSON data models

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full technology stack

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable system designs

Collaborate in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence

Maintain code quality through version control systems such as Git

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

Equivalent work experience with strong technical skills may be considered in lieu of formal education

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development

Strong programming skills in Java

Mandatory experience with Spring Boot; familiarity with Spring and Java EE

Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Oracle DB, and Microsoft SQL Server

Proficient in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture

Solid understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, and Web Services

Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Java

Solid understanding of REST APIs and data formats (XML/JSON)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to design scalable and maintainable systems

Familiarity with Git and collaborative development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
