Job Title: ServiceNow Functional Consultant
We are looking for a ServiceNow Functional Consultant to support the migration of existing ServiceNow applications into a new application scope for another company. The role will focus on requirement gathering, localization, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end delivery support through go-live and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing ServiceNow applications and understand current configurations
- Gather and document business requirements, especially localized requirements for the target company
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify scope and expectations
- Prepare functional requirement documents and secure business sign-off
- Work closely with developers to ensure implementation aligns with approved guidelines and templates
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate functional scenarios
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
- Support go-live activities and ensure smooth transition
- Provide post go-live hypercare and functional stabilization support
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in ServiceNow functional consulting or implementation
- Solid understanding of application scoping within ServiceNow
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on involvement in SIT and UAT cycles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
2) ServiceNow Developer (2 Positions)
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for two ServiceNow Developers to support the migration of existing ServiceNow applications into a new application scope for another company. The developers will follow defined guidelines and templates to migrate and extend applications based on approved localized requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate existing ServiceNow applications into the new application scope
- Follow established development guidelines and templates
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications as per functional specifications
- Implement localized requirements identified during requirement gathering
- Support integration activities where required
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and resolve defects
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and fix identified issues
- Assist during go-live and provide hypercare support
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience with scoped applications, configuration, and customization
- Knowledge of scripting, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
- Familiarity with migration of applications within ServiceNow
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a structured environment
