Job Responsibilities- Oversee operations of outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive expansion strategies to achieve the goal of opening stores within the specified timeline with internal Stakeholders.
- Set sales and profit targets for individual stores and the entire retail division and take ownership of achieving these targets.
- To produce report to the Management regarding sales results and productivity with Operation Managers.
- Create and implement innovative strategies to boost store sales, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
- Develop and lead advertising and promotional initiatives to drive footfall and customer engagement.
- Analyse market trends, monitor competitors, and formulate effective product strategies to maintain a competitive edge with internal Stakeholders.
- Strengthen brand recognition and customer loyalty within the Malaysia market.
- Maintain and evaluate high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all stores.
- Provide training and guidance to staff, including managerial positions, to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Lead a diverse team of front of house staff members to back of house staff members, currently numbering around 50, with potential future responsibility for managing up to 80 or more.
- Spearhead the recruitment and selection process for store staff, ensuring a qualified and motivated workforce.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements- A minimum of 8 years of management experience in the retail sector, with a preference for candidates who have overseen 10 or more stores.
- Experience in Food and Beverage retail industry is a MUST.
- Experience managing multiple brands from different industry which includes F&B is a plus point.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales and profit targets.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and management within stores (capable of handling quota-related issues and shortages of manpower).
- Strong leadership skills to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
