Our 1-year Graduate Leadership Program is designed to accelerate your career through a combination of:

• Structured on the job learning and formal training
• Cross-functional job rotations
• Real-world business exposure
• Leadership mentoring by senior management

You will gain valuable experience across key business areas and be prepared for future roles in:

• Key Account Management
• Business Development
• Other front-line commercial roles

Business Units

Trainees will be assigned to one of the following business units:

• Connectivity & Products (C&P)
• Health & Nutrition (H&N)
• Industrial & Environmental (I&E)
• Natural Resources (NR)

Mentorship

• Mentor: Country Managing Director
• Co-Mentor: Respective Division Head

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates with a Degree, Master's, or PhD in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or equivalent with a strong academic record (CGPA 3.5+).
• Or candidates with less than 2 years working experience
• Strong potential for leadership, learning agility, and motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Passionate about growing a career in commercial or client-facing roles
• Valid driving license
