Lead and independently execute all creative-related scope-of-work for all marketing activities, from ideation to production.
Conceptualize, design and produce high quality and innovative creative work, in line with brands guidelines and able to appeal and engage the target audience.
Ensure that all productions are in line with brand identity, budget, quality and deadlines.
Manage, edit and maintain a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to brand identity, digital and print collaterals, event materials, presentations and videos.
Collaborate with other teams to devise and develop ideas for the products launches and campaigns.
Keep abreast of latest design trends and technology and apply it in creative work proposal.
Organise and prioritise projects in a fast-paced and result-driven environment.
Carry out any other responsibilities when assigned by Creative/Design Team Lead and/or management.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in Art/Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia/Advertising or equivalent.
At least three (3) years of relevant working experience, especially in creative advertising agencies.
Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Knowledge in After Effects and/or basic video editing will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of art and design fundamentals with an eye for details.
Strong portfolio with a variety of design work from both online and offline media.
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Must be proficient in conceptualizing, visualizing and delivering design and visual communication solutions with a good sense of style and aesthetics.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines. A strong multi-tasker with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
Highly driven to push creative boundaries and challenge status quo, excited to share new ideas and creative explorations while open to feedback and suggestions to achieve brand and business objectives.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written; proficiency in Chinese and passion for IT are added advantages.
Display a positive can-do attitude, friendly personality and willingness to learn for self-improvement.
