Our team is seeking a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer to support our fast-moving digital initiatives. This role requires a designer who can work across multiple formats, adapt quickly to changing campaign needs, and consistently deliver polished, on-brand visuals. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded generalist with strong technical skills, the ability to handle tight deadlines, and the discipline to manage files, assets, and templates systematically.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality visuals that drive engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support all ongoing marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, banners, email content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all creative outputs.
- Produce engaging designs for logos, layouts, editorial covers, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals.
- Create assets for motion graphics, educational materials, video-based content, and storyboard preparation.
- Produce infographics, diagrams, and supporting visual materials for content and marketing distribution.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and Front-End Developers to align creative outputs with campaign goals, website requirements, and marketing timelines.
- Coordinate on design planning, creative concepts, and production workflows.
- Take the lead on smaller creative tasks and contribute actively during brainstorming sessions.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere, and relevant tools to execute design tasks efficiently.
- Manage project files, templates, and asset libraries with proper naming conventions and version control.
- Maintain awareness of design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Understand basic UIUX principles via web, app and wireframe samples.
- Demonstrate strong creativity with the ability to translate concepts into effective visual solutions.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, market trends, and evolving campaign requirements.
- Maintain clear communication and effective collaboration with team members across the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital and print design roles.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, and basic motion/3D tools.
- Portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across digital and print environments.
- Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and project execution skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
