Job Responsibilities
- Brainstorming, conceptualising, ideating, and working with a team to execute creative briefs
- Produce high-quality visuals—This includes brand film, key visuals, and ATL and BTL collaterals.
- Stay up to date with current design trends and technologies.
- Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, effectively managing time and prioritising tasks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Accountable for the work assigned by the creative team and ensuring all work is as per brand guidelines and platforms.
- Active involvement in creative pitches and campaign proposals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, and AE)
- 3-8 years of related working experience in Advertising agency
- Multi-tasker and able to work independently in a fast-turnaround environment
- Excellent portfolio of designs demonstrating exceptional visual creativity and originality.
- Strong core skills in establishing visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour effectively
- Strong understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage
