Job Responsibilities|工作职责

• 负责品牌视觉相关设计与延展,包括 KV、社交媒体创意素材、移动端页 面等。Responsible for the design and extension of brand visual materials, including KV, social media creatives, mobile pages, and other digital assets

• 根据中国团队的品牌策略与产品定位,进行本地化视觉优化与落地执行。Conduct localization visual optimization and implementation based on brand strategy and product positioning from the China team

• 协助中国总部完成从创意提案到最终交付的完整项目流程。Assist the China headquarters throughout the full project cycle, from creative proposal to final delivery

• 对接供应商(创意制作公司、拍摄团队等),跟进打样、制作及质量把控。Coordinate with suppliers, including creative production and filming companies, and follow up on proofing, production, and quality control

• 协助管理项目时间线与关键节点,确保项目高质量且按时交付。Assist in managing project timelines and milestones to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery

• 与中国及海外团队保持良好沟通与跨部门协作。Collaborate effectively with both China and overseas teams

Job Requirements|任职要求

• 3–5 年平面设计相关工作经验,有手机、科技或互联网行业经验者优先。3–5 years of experience in graphic design; experience in mobile, technology, or internet companies is preferred

• 具备扎实的视觉表达能力与版式设计能力,拥有成熟审美。Strong visual communication and layout design skills with a mature aesthetic sense

• 熟练使用 Adobe 系列设计软件(Photoshop、Illustrator 等)。Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator

• 熟悉 AI 设计工具(如 Midjourney、ChatGPT、Gemini 等),并具备实际应用经验。Familiar with AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc., with practical application experience

• 具备供应商沟通协调经验,了解物料制作及拍摄流程。Experience in supplier coordination and understanding of production and shooting processes

• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力,能够与中国及海外团队高效协作。Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English

• 有社交媒体视觉、品牌传播或数字营销相关经验者优先。 Experience in social media visuals, branding, or digital marketing is a plus
