Craft strategies and directions for all digital marketing divisions that are aligned with the company's business objectives and management's aspiration, including expo marketing
Determine team's KPIs and track the performance on regular basis
Plan and monitor yearly digital marketing budget and get approval from CEO or management team on all budgeting and billing done monthly or by expo
Plan and monitor digital marketing calendars and ensure the project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
Work closely with marketing, A&P, creative teams to develop robust strategies and campaigns that can attract new traffic and maintain the existing database
Collaborate with marketing head with the objective to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Re-platforming website, social media and mobile app development to new content management system that to enhance mobile website capability
Manage internal/ external communications, online content management and build rapport with important media partners
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments to drive acquisition and expand market share monetization
Participate in key decisions as a member of the management team and provide advice on the financial implications of business marketing activities
Lead and motivate the Digital & Performance team, demonstrating drive to make a positive difference, influence and provide clarity to for the team
Build on existing data analytics capabilities to support in-depth analysis of business performance or every expo performance
Mastering in Google platform such as SEO - optimization techniques, SEM, affiliates, and all paid media channels sales and conversion/ ROI

Requirements
More than 6 years of digital marketing experiences in agency/tech/fintech/startup/or digital advertising agency space are advantages
Experience in both brand management and performance marketing with data savvy
Strong project planning and management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
Knowledgeable on metrics and data analysis
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Persistence in exploring every avenue for a solution before concluding that to CEO
Experience in managing P&L responsibilities in a fast-paced events/ expo environment
