Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead their people agenda and shape the future of their workforce. This role is pivotal in driving organizational culture, talent development, and HR excellence. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure our client attracts and retains top talent.
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Drive performance management processes, leadership development, and learning programs.
  • Provide guidance on complex HR matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Design competitive reward frameworks that balance business sustainability with employee satisfaction.
  • Lead HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior HR leadership roles in any sector
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and modern HR technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
