Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the brand strategies as well as focuses on the development and execution of local marketing strategies to build equity and drive growth across the entire portfolio of skin care and personal care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and achieve market share targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of innovative skincare and personal care products, overseeing product lifecycle and SKU rationalization.
  • Lead consumer and market research to uncover insights, adapt marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Formulate annual media strategies and manage media performance, including owned and social media channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage brand projects, including new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Develop short-term and long-term strategies for profitable revenue growth.
  • Drive successful product launches, comprehensive business and marketing analytics.
  • Makes pricing and forecasting recommendations to Management and cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing).
  • Develops local market insights by continuous monitoring competition situation, new target groups, potential customers, market trends and latest technologies.
  • Executes local brand activation using ATL and BTL instruments, all within the context of central brand activation guidelines communication / media / A&P guidelines and budgets.
  • Analyze consumer insights, create concepts and test them with consumers, maximize profit and optimize existing range via continuous improvement.
  • Product development, from product concept development, regulatory certification, package artwork development, operation instruction checking to product launch.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in brand development, category management, new product launches, campaign planning, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, particularly in skincare.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing product launches, digital campaigns, media, and PR activities.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, challenging environments.
