Head of Operations – Jeffrey Cheah Circuit

Role Overview:

The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational performance of Jeffrey Cheah Circuit (JCC), ensuring operational excellence, premium customer experience, regulatory compliance, and sustainable profitability. The role leads showroom, aftersales, supply chain coordination, facilities management, and operational governance to support business growth and uphold luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily dealership operations, including showroom, workshop, parts, and back-end support functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Establish, monitor, and drive KPIs covering operational efficiency, aftersales performance, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee vehicle inventory planning, stock control, and coordination with principals and suppliers.
  • Drive aftersales revenue growth through service optimisation, workshop productivity, and parts management.
  • Ensure delivery of a seamless, premium customer journey across all operational touchpoints.
  • Manage operational budgeting, cost control, and P&L performance in collaboration with Finance.
  • Implement and continuously improve SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory, licensing, safety, and audit requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operations and service teams, driving accountability and high performance.
  • Manage vendor, contractor, and supplier relationships to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Oversee facilities management to maintain luxury brand presentation standards.
  • Resolve escalated operational and customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10–15 years experience in automotive dealership operations or luxury retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of dealership financials, workshop operations, and inventory management.
  • Proven experience managing operational budgets and driving profitability.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
