Develop SME Banca & Group Transaction Strategy: Formulate and execute the overall partnership with SME & GTB strategy, aligning it with the company's goals, sales targets, and market needs.
Business Plan Creation: Develop comprehensive business plans for expanding and enhancing SME partnership with CBBC and GTB to build relationship including cross selling and referrals
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitors within the new and existing SME Banca & GTB customers
Business/Functional Operations & Transformation
Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for SME Banca partnership with CBBC centers nationwide , ensuring meeting or exceeding sales target
Track Performance: Monitor sales, productivity, and profitability metrics for the CBBC , using data analytics to assess performance and identify improvement areas
Sales Training & Support: Provide training to branches on the features and benefits of SME products, customer focus strategy and after sales TAT
Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing the performance of SME Banca & GTB on growth opportunities, challenges, and key achievements
Create impactful sales campaign to SME & GTB to boost sales and ensure production is met
To improve of SME Banca & GTB penetration rate on GI products
Partnership Management
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME Banca / GTB partners and customer and key decision-makers, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
Negotiate and Finalize Agreements: Lead negotiations on SME Banca/ GTB and customers on new business renewal agreements, and contractual terms
