Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to handle the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction while proactively identifying and resolving equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation & Maintenance
- Actively carry out operation and maintenance work according to established schedules.
- Perform routine checks on HVAC equipment, including taking and recording readings (e.g., temperature, pressure, voltage, amperage) to verify system performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of operational data and complete all preventive maintenance tasks on time.
- Repair & Troubleshooting • Perform rapid diagnosis and repair of HVAC equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Proactively identify potential equipment issues through regular monitoring and readings, resolve them e ectively, and escalate unresolved issues to superiors in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify equipment defects based on operational data and field observations, and provide actionable suggestions for system improvements and reliability enhancements.
- Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets quality standards and results in high customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Task Management
- Complete all tasks and assignments delegated by superiors e iciently and in accordance with safety and operational protocols.
