Job Description
Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all levels of staff.
Maintain and improvise training and development data to enhance effectiveness.
Collate and Tabulate the training data for performance measurement.
Source various trainings programs for in-house and external training.
Coordinate inhouse and external trainings.
Monitor HRDCorp funds and optimize its usage through training implementation.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Human resources, Education or Training.
Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
L&D programs management and familiar with learning needs analysis
