Key Responsibilities:
oAssist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
oManage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
oMaintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
oAssist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
oHandle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
oSupport performance management and employee relations activities.
oEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
oOversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
oCoordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
oManage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
oMaintain proper filing systems and document management.
oProvide administrative support to various departments as needed.
oLiaise with vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws (especially Malaysian labor law), and administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
