Role Purpose:
The HR Business Process Optimization Lead is responsible for driving endtoend HR process improvement, standardization, and digital enablement across the APAC region.
This role partners closely with HR Shared Services, Country HR teams, and global stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver scalable HR service solutions - without direct people management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has an experience leading a team, able to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and coordinate crossfunctional teams while owning process initiatives from discovery to implementation.
