Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melaka for an HR Consultant/HR Solutions Consultant. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients by developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and providing guidance on employee relations. You will also work closely with clients to identify workforce challenges, offer solutions, and ensure HR best practices are seamlessly integrated into their business processes. Additionally, you will assist with managing HR projects and providing HR advisory services tailored to clients unique needs.

Participate in recruitment activities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Create job advertisements and recruitment posts
  • Contact and screen candidates
  • Arrange interviews and follow up on feedback
  • Update candidate information in recruitment systems
  • Support HR projects such as onboarding, offboarding, timesheet coordination, workforce administration and assist in payroll.
  • Assist in managing client accounts and responding to HR-related requests
  • Employees attendance & leave record management
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and basic HR matters
  • Support engagement and retention activities
  • Prepare recruitment and HR reports
  • Participate in business & operation meetings
  • Work with team members to improve sourcing strategies and service quality
