Opportunities hiring in Malaysia seeking for HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare standard HR letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Assist in pre-employment checks and onboarding arrangements for new hires.
- Support monthly payroll processing by preparing payroll inputs and verifying payroll reports.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, insurance, and leave records.
- Support the administration of performance appraisal and review exercises in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure HR practices comply with the Malaysian Employment Act and applicable labour regulations.
- Carry out any project or assignment as directed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR related experience.
- Working knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Team-oriented individual with resourcefulness and effective communication skills.
- Process strong analytical skill, meticulous and able to work independently.
