Discovering the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support both Talent Acquisition and HR activities. This role will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding activities, and supporting day-to-day HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and eager to build a career in Human Resources while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and new hire coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as leave records, contract preparation, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in HR.
