Job Description

Job Summary

This role provides both strategic and tactical HR support and guidance to stakeholders inHead Office, in addition to delivering solutions which foster a positive work

environment, drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with labor laws andregulations across the Group.

Job Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering for Head Office

  • Understand business needs and provide HR support and services
  • Implement HR initiatives in alignment with Group Human Resources leadershipdirection
  • Provide advice on all HR-related matters including recruitment, onboarding,performance management, development, succession planning and employeeretention strategies
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance andconsistency
  • Drive the creation and implementation of employee engagement and well-beingprograms
  • Partner with people leaders to address employee relations issues, provide coaching and conflict resolution support

Employee Relations across Group

  • Promote a positive work environment through ideation and delivery of effectiveemployee engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate consistent employee experience by introducing effective feedback andevaluation mechanism, improvement solutions and progress tracking
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with labor laws, regulations and companypolicies, promoting a consistent and fair approach to managing employee issues
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures which align with bestpractices and legal requirements for sustainable industrial harmony
  • Develop and track HR metrics to identify trends and mitigate HR-related risks,providing proactive solutions to potential issues
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances and disputes, andprovide recommendations for resolution

Education & Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or arelated field

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

  • Minimum of 8 year's experience as a HR Generalist
