Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and SOPs are consistently implemented and compliant with local labour laws
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Manage HR system to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
2. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals
- Provide advisory on workforce planning, organisation structure, and talent optimisation
- Support leadership in driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategy, ensuring effective hiring processes and time-to-fill targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and build talent pipelines
- Optimise recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
4. Performance & Talent Management
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles
- Support talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Identify high-potential employees and implement development plans
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive work culture and drive engagement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management
6. HR Policies, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Review and update HR policies in line with regulatory and business changes
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and governance practices
7. HR Projects & Transformation
- Lead or participate in HR transformation projects (e.g., digitalisation, process improvement)
- Implement new HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations and business partnering
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking
- Able to onboard soonest with 1 month notice, open for buyout notice period.
