Role Overview:

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations and act as a strategic business partner. This role balances hands-on HR management with forward-looking people strategies to support business growth, talent development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Partner with leaders on manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training & development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws.
• Advise on employee relations matters, resolve grievances, and conduct investigations as needed.
• Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support change management initiatives, including expansion or process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 57 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, talent & performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
