About The Company

Our client is a mnc within the marketing and advertising industry.

About The Role

They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-

  • Manages payroll, employee benefits, wellness, training, recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
  • Implements and supports talent development, diversity and inclusion, and company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Sources candidates, conducts phone interviews, and coordinates interviews with department heads.
  • Assists Finance, IT, and Admin departments with administrative tasks and maintains accurate records.
  • Oversees HR-related expenses, ensures competitive employee benefits, and helps with compensation planning.

About The Manager/team

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be working as a sole contributor.

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You
