Key responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities with Hiring Managers
  • Source candidates through appropriate channels and recruitment partners.
  • Ensure job ads attract suitable talent and are regularly updated.
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions.
  • Prepare employment contracts in compliance with local labour laws.
  • Handle onboarding processes including orientation, system access, and new hire announcements.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate annual training plans with management.
  • Track training attendance, records, and evaluations.
  • Support performance reviews and follow up on development plans.

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing.
  • Manage leave, overtime, benefits, and foreign employee tax clearance.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for Finance.
  • Maintain employee files with strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and support HR budgeting activities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee medical insurance and liaise with insurance brokers.
  • Handle enrollment and removal of employees from benefit plans.
  • Ensure benefit plans are cost-effective and competitive.

Employee Engagement & HR Support

  • Support employee engagement activities.
  • Act as an HR point of contact, providing guidance and support to employees.
  • Foster positive workplace culture and relationships.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of hands-on HR experience.
  • Good understanding of Employment Act and local HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
