We are looking for a core member for our Kuala Lumpur office who can independently take charge of regional HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Regional HR Management: Oversee HR operations for teams in Malaysia (KL & JB), Singapore, and Vietnam.
- Full HR Spectrum: Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Culture Integration: Drive the implementation of the company's corporate culture within our overseas teams.
- Employee Engagement: Maintain active communication across various regions to foster an open, proactive, and positive work environment.
- Morale & Experience: Focus on employee experience and team morale to ensure the team works efficiently and happily.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support for the Kuala Lumpur office.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience; prior experience as an HRBP or HR Manager is highly preferred.
- Versatility: Proven ability in generalist HR management rather than expertise in just a certain module.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi-cultural teams.
- Regional Exposure: Prior experience working in overseas markets or across Southeast Asia is a significant advantage.
