Job Description
- Partner with Malaysia factory management to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with HQ HR to align local policies with global standards.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
- Support talent development and training programs for factory staff.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
- Prepare HR reports and provide data‑driven insights to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Base location: Malaysia.
