The HRIS Specialist supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), primarily SAP SuccessFactors. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and effective support to HR stakeholders, while working closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable HR technology services.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage BAU activities including employee data updates, organizational changes, mass uploads, report generation, and system corrections in line with business requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries and issues, performing initial troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors (e.g., PwC) for resolution where required.
- Support system configuration activities within SuccessFactors (e.g., workflows, business rules, permissions, templates) under guidance and governance.
- Assist in the preparation and validation of HR reports and dashboards to support business and HR operational needs.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders (TA, EX, Payroll, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure system processes are functioning effectively.
- Coordinate testing activities for system enhancements, fixes, and releases (including UAT and production validation).
- Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials to support effective system usage and knowledge continuity.
- Raise vendor purchase orders (POs), track utilization, and manage vendor renewals and contract-related activities in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Perform regular data integrity checks, identify discrepancies, and proactively develop and enhance data validation controls to ensure ongoing data accuracy and compliance.
- Support training and guidance to HR users to ensure effective utilization of HR systems.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve system usage, and reduce dependency on external vendor support.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and system governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology support roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred; exposure to RCM/ONB is an advantage).
- Experience in HR data management, reporting, and system administration activities.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR workflows is an added advantage.
