Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's strategic goals, operational logic, and pain points.
Proactively diagnose organizational issues and provide tailored HR solutions (e.g., organizational diagnosis, talent pipeline development).
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, especially for critical positions.
Conduct regular talent reviews to optimize team structure and assist in building high-performance teams.
Organizational Development (OD) & Culture:
Drive the implementation of corporate OD initiatives within the business unit (e.g., performance calibration, talent reviews, promotion assessments).
Champion company culture and values, enhancing employee engagement and team cohesion through team-building activities and recognition programs.
Performance Management & Incentives:
Assist business departments in designing and implementing effective performance management systems (KPI/OKR).
Coach line managers on conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Analyze reasons for key talent turnover and collaborate on retention and motivation strategies.
Employee Relations & Communication:
Establish open communication channels to address employee concerns and prevent potential labor disputes.
Monitor the dynamics of key employees to ensure a positive and compliant working environment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years of full-time HRBP experience.
Experience in [Specific Industry, e.g., Internet/Tech/Retail/Manufacturing] is highly preferred.
Business Acumen:
