Job Title: HR Business Partner

Department: People Excellence

Reports To: Head of People

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment for critical roles across the Group, especially consulting, sales, and technical positions.
  • Implement structured hiring processes including assessments, competency-based interviews, and candidate experience improvements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluate candidate fit.

Compensation Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop, manage, and continuously refine SRKK's compensation framework, including salary structures, pay bands, and reward policies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Work with business leaders to design incentive schemes that drive high performance and align with business goals.

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Directors, and Business Unit Leaders.
  • Provide counsel on performance management, employee development, and workforce planning.
  • Support managers in interpreting job scorecards, KPIs, and performance guidelines.

People Programs & Culture Development

  • Contribute to building a high-performance culture aligned with SRKK values.
  • Support L&D initiatives and track employee development plans.
  • Help run employee engagement programs and HR improvement projects.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • 25 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in compensation, salary structuring, and reward systems.
  • Experience in talent acquisition (tech or consulting firm is a PLUS!).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills comfortable with salary modeling, data comparison, and analytics.
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment.
