Job Description

Our client is one of the China listed MNC leasing company.

Human Resources Director (Generalist & HRBP)

Budget - MYR 18,000 - 25,000 per month

Job Scope

  • Establishment of HR policies; Participate in the formulation of employee handbook, labor contract, policies on employee attendance, performance, salary and welfare etc.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; responsible for the recruitment process – review and shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support the effective onboarding of new hires.
  • Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and preparation of related letters.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation and claims, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.
  • Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.
  • Assist in Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Preparation of HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.
  • Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Familiar with labour act, regulations, labour market trend and practice;
  • Have good language expression and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, quick thinking, strong coordination skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit;
  • Active and careful work, strong resistance to pressure, good attitude, able to bear hardships and stand hard work
  • Able to speak fluent Bahasa, English and Mandarin is preferred. (To communicate with Mainland China counterpart)
