1. Purpose of Position

To manage human resource functions including employee administration, payroll support, and staff welfare, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

2.1 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment and onboarding process
  • Ensure proper documentation for new hires

2.2 Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage attendance, leave, and staff database
  • Ensure proper HR documentation and filing

2.3 Payroll & Claims

  • Support payroll processing (claims, allowances, deductions)
  • Process staff claims and reimbursements with proper verification

2.4 Staff Engagement & Welfare

  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in staff welfare and internal communication

2.5 Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF
  • Maintain proper HR records for audit purposes

3. Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • 2–4 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of payroll & Malaysian statutory requirements
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and able to handle confidential information
  • Detail-oriented and organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

  • Accuracy and timeliness of payroll & claims
  • Proper maintenance of employee records
  • Compliance with statutory requirements
  • Smooth onboarding & HR operations
