About the Job
This is a role where you support the full spectrum of HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR administration. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage hiring activities while supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, compliance matters, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth organisational support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Administer HR operational tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee data updates
- Handle statutory-related matters including employee tax registration and resignation processing
- Coordinate training activities and manage HRDF-related processes including applications and claims
- Administer employee benefits including insurance enrolment, renewals, and claims support
- Assist with employment contract documentation and related administrative processes
- Prepare HR-related documentation, reports, and internal communications as required
- Support general HR and administrative duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR administration is preferred
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
