HR Executive (Generalist)
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. This role will handle a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee inquiries, feedback, and basic disciplinary matters
- Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Prepare HR reports and assist in process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of relevant HR experience
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
