We are looking for an HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to support our daily HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Admin
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation
Handle staff attendance, leave tracking, and scheduling records
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation and reports
Payroll & Reporting
Assist in processing monthly payroll (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions)
Ensure accuracy of salary calculations and staff claims
Prepare HR reports (headcount, attendance, turnover, payroll summary)
Support manpower planning and cost tracking
Recruitment & Coordination
Support recruitment and onboarding
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff
Handle staff inquiries and basic HR matters
Operations Support
Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth manpower arrangement
Support day-to-day HR and admin tasks
RequirementsFluent in Mandarin & English (required)
Experience in HR, payroll, or admin roles
Familiar with payroll processing and HR reporting
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Based in Puchong (SetiaWalk)
