Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 3–6 years of HR experience and strong exposure to talent acquisition. The role involves supporting end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Performing other general administrative tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience with significant involvement in talent acquisition.
- Mandarin communication skills are essential (speaking, reading, writing)
- Good understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
