Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 3–6 years of HR experience and strong exposure to talent acquisition. The role involves supporting end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Performing other general administrative tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience with significant involvement in talent acquisition.
  • Mandarin communication skills are essential (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Good understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
